I’ve worked across small businesses and global organisations — from high-growth tech to established manufacturing, from boutique consulting to the Big Four.
I’ve supported deal teams through M&A due diligence and integration, designed global grading systems, led reward reviews and helped organisations align people strategy with business goals. At heart, I’m fascinated by patterns: how they emerge, what they reveal, and how they can help us make better decisions.
